Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Forrestall, seconded by the Honourable Senator Eyton, for the second reading of Bill S-14, Ac Act to protect heritage lighthouses.

After debate,

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.

The Bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Forrestall moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Gufstafson, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology.
