The Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs of the Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence met in camera this day at 12:04 p.m., in room 172-E, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable Roméo Antonious Dallaire, presiding.

Members of the subcommittee present: The Honourable Senators Banks, Dallaire, Plett, Stratton and Wallin (5).

In attendance: Martin Auger, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 92(2)(e), the committee considered a draft agenda (future business).

It was agreed that each committee member be allowed to have staff persons present.

It was agreed that the following budget application for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2012 be approved for submission to the Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence.

At 1:20 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
