The Standing Senate Committee on Aboriginal Peoples met this day at 9:34 a.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the deputy chair, the Honourable Lillian Eva Dyck, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Beyak, Dyck, Meredith, Moore, Ngo, Raine, Tannas and Wallace (8).
In attendance: Martha Butler, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Service, Library of Parliament.
Also in attendance: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, the committee continued its consideration of the challenges and potential solutions relating to First Nations infrastructure on reserves. (For complete text of the order of reference, see proceedings of the committee, Issue No. 4.)

It was moved by the Honourable Senator Tannas, that the English-only version of the witness's speaking notes be distributed.
The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.
Mr. Paul made a statement and answered questions.
At 10:59 a.m., it was agreed that the committee adjourn to the call of the chair.
