The Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce met this day at 10:34 a.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable David Tkachuk, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Bellemare, Black, Carignan, P.C., Enverga, Marshall, Massicotte, Moncion, Ringuette, Tannas, Tkachuk, Wallin and Wetston (12).
Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Woo (1).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Monday, May 8, 2017, the committee continued its examination of the subject matter of those elements contained in Divisions 3, 8, 18 and 20 of Part 4 of Bill C-44, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 22, 2017 and other measures.
