The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day, at 2 p.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Joseph A. Day, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Bellemare, Boisvenu, Buth, Callbeck, Chaput, Day, Hervieux-Payette, P.C., McInnis, Nancy Ruth, Rivard and Smith (Saurel) (11).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, the committee continued its examination of the subject-matter of Bill C-45, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 29, 2012 and other measures.
