The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day at 5:02 p.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable Percy Mockler, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Bellemare, Cools, Eaton, Forest, Maltais, Marshall, Mockler and Pratte (9).
Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Marwah (1).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, the committee began its consideration of Bill C-63, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 22, 2017, and other measures.
