The Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence met this day at 1:05 p.m., in room 2, Victoria Building, the deputy chair, the Honorable Jean-Guy Dagenais, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Boisvenu, Brazeau, Dagenais, Harder, P.C., McIntyre, McPhedran and Richards (7).
Other senator present: The Honourable Senator Griffin. (1).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the committee continued its consideration of Bill C-23, An Act respecting the preclearance of persons and goods in Canada and the United States.
