Pursuant to the order of the Senate of March 30, 2021, the Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day by videoconference at 2:30 p.m. [ET], the chair, the Honourable Percy Mockler, presiding. This meeting is considered to have taken place in the parliamentary precinct.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, the committee began its examination of Bill C-14, An Act to implement certain provisions of the economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 30, 2020 and other measures.

At 4:15 p.m., the committee suspended.
At 4:30 p.m., the committee resumed.
At 5:29 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
