Pursuant to the order of the Senate of May 5, 2022, the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met this day in room W110, 1 Wellington Street, and with videoconference, at 11:02 a.m. ET, the chair, the Honourable Paul J. Massicotte, presiding.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, April 28, 2022, the committee began its examination of the subject matter of those elements contained in Parts 2 and 3 of Bill S-6, An Act respecting regulatory modernization.
