The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration met this day at 9:30 a.m., in public, pursuant to rule 12-7(1) of the Rules of the Senate, to consider financial and administrative matters; and in camera to consider financial and administrative matters.

The Chair: Good morning, honourable senators.

The first item of business today is the adoption of minutes of the proceedings of November 5, 2015. Everyone has a copy of those minutes. They've been distributed. Do we have a motion to adopt them?

Senator Munson: I so move.

The Chair: It has been moved by Senator Munson.

All in favour?

Hon. Senators: Agreed.

The Chair: Adopted.

We will now go to the in camera part of the meeting.
