The name of the Honourable Senator Perrault was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Moore (December 5, 1996).

The name of the Honourable Senator Rossiter was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Oliver (January 8, 1997).

The name of the Honourable Senator Losier-Cool was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Robichaud (February 4, 1997).
