The Standing Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry has the honour to present its

SIXTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred the Bill C-26, An Act to amend the Canada Grain Act and the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act and to repeal the Grain Futures Act, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference on Tuesday, June 16, 1998, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.
