Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-43, to established the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and to amend and repeal other Acts as a consequence, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, March 10, 1999, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.
