The Honourable Senator Corbin moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Maheu, that the Bill be read the second time.

After debate,

The question was put on the motion, it was adopted.

The Bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Corbin moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Maheu, that the Bill be referred to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs.
