The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs, met this day, in Room 257, East Block, at 16:04 p.m., the Chair, the Honourable Lorna Milne, , presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Beaudoin, Bryden, Milne, Moore, Nolin and Robichaud, P.C. (Saint-Louis-de-Kent) (6).

Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, June 2, 1998, the committee continued its consideration of Bill S-17, An Act to amend the Criminal Code respecting criminal harassment and other related matters.
