The name of the Honourable Senator Angus substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Lynch-Staunton (March 21, 2001).

The names of the Honourable Senators Taylor, Lynch-Staunton, Di Nino and Gustafson were substituted for those of the Honourable Senators Poulin, Angus, Meighen and Di Nino (March 21, 2001).
