The Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Finestone, P.C., that Bill C-41, An Act to amend the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce.

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.
