The Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Rompkey, P.C., that Bill S-40, An Act to amend the Payment Clearing and Settlement Act, be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce.
