The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs met at 5:10 p.m. this day in room 505, Victoria Building, the Honourable Senator Milne, Chair, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Cools, Leger, Joyal, Milne, Moore, Nolin, Pearson (8).

Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, September 25, 2001, the committee continued its study of Bill C-7, An Act in respect of criminal justice for young persons and to amend and repeal other Acts.
