The Honourable Senator Cordy moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Chalifoux, that the Bill be read the second time.

The Bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Cordy moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., that the Bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology.
