The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs has the honour to present its

Your Committee, which was authorized to examine and report upon the Canada-United States of America trade relationship and the Canada-Mexico trade relationship, has in obedience to its Order of Reference of November 21, 2002, proceeded to that inquiry and now tables its interim report entitled The Rising Dollar: Explanation and Economic Impacts (Volume 2).
