The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met this day at 5:45 p.m. to give clause-by-clause consideration to Bill S-8, concerning personal watercraft in navigable waters.

The Chairman: Honourable senators, I call the meeting to order.
This will be a two-part meeting. The first part is in public as we do clause-by-clause consideration of Bill S-8.
Honourable senators, is it agreed that we go to consideration, on a clause-by-clause basis, of Bill S-8?

The Chairman: It is agreed, honourable senators, that the committee move to clause-by-clause consideration of Bill S-8, concerning personal watercraft in navigable waters, which we have studied?
