The Standing Senate Committee on Rules, Procedures and the Rights of Parliament met at 9:34 a.m., this day, in room 356-S, Centre Block, the Chair, the Honourable Lorna Milne, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Austin, P.C., Di Nino, Christensen, Grafstein, Harb, Hubley, Joyal, P.C., Losier-Cool, Lynch-Staunton, Milne, Munson, Ringuette, Smith, P.C., Stratton (14).

Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, February 26, 2004, the committee continued its examination of Bill C-4, to amend the Parliament of Canada Act (Ethics Commissioner and Senate Ethics Officer) and other Acts in consequence.
