SIXTH REPORT

Your Committee, to which was referred Bill C-40, An Act to amend the Canada Grain Act and the Canada Transportation Act, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Monday, May 16, 2005, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.

The Standing Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry has the honour to table its

SEVENTH REPORT

Your Committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Tuesday, October 19, 2004, to hear from time to time witnesses, including both individuals and representatives form organizations, on the present state and the future of agriculture and forestry in Canada, now tables an interim report entitled Cattle Slaughter Capacity in Canada.
