Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Rompkey, P.C., seconded by the Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., for the second reading of Bill S-25, An Act to amend the Act of incorporation of The General Synod of the Anglican Church of Canada.

The bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Rompkey, P.C., moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Losier-Cool, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce.
