Your Committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Wednesday, November 3, 2004, to examine and report upon Canada's international obligations in regard to the rights and freedoms of children, now tables its interim report entitled: Who's in Charge Here? Effective implementation of Canada's international obligations with respect to the rights of children.
