Pursuant to rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Cook substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poulin (October 20, 2004).

The name of the Honourable Senator Pearson substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Fraser (October 20, 2004).

The name of the Honourable Senator Fraser substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Pearson (October 21, 2004).

The name of the Honourable Senator Poulin substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Cook (October 25, 2004).

The name of the Honourable Senator Poulin is removed, substitution pending (October 25, 2004).

The name of the Honourable Senator Kenny substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Furey (October 25, 2004).
