Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Tardif, seconded by the Honourable Senator Massicotte, for the second reading of Bill C-37, An Act to amend the Telecommunications Act.

The bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Tardif moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Massicotte, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Transport and Communications.
