Pursuant to the order of reference from the Senate of September 28, 2006, your Committee recommends that rule 86(1)(h) of the Rules of the Senate be amended by replacing the words "Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs" with the words "Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade."
