The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources has the honour to present its

SEVENTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-298, an Act to add perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and its salts to the Virtual Elimination List under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, March 11, 2008, examined the said bill and now reports the same without amendment.
