Your committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Thursday, March 12, 2009, to examine and report on those elements dealing with the Navigable Waters Protection Act (Part7), contained in Bill C-10, the Budget Implementation Act, 2009, now tables a report entitled: Report Addressing Bill C-10, Navigable Waters Protection Act.
