FIFTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-10, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on January 27, 2009 and related fiscal measures, has, in obedience to its order of reference of March 5, 2009, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.
