Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Johnson, seconded by the Honourable Senator Raine, for the second reading of Bill S-14, An Act to amend the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act.

The bill was then read the second time.

The Honourable Senator Carignan moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Andreychuk, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
