The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met this day, at 5:01 p.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Richard Neufeld, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Brown, Lang, Massicotte, Mitchell, Neufeld, Patterson, Ringuette, Seidman, Sibbeston and Wallace (10).
Other senator present: The Honourable Senator McCoy (1).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, the committee continued its examination on the current state of the safety elements of the bulk transport of hydrocarbon products in Canada.
