The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day, at 9:36 a.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Joseph A. Day, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Bellemare, Buth, Callbeck, Chaput, Day, De Bané, P.C., Finley, Hervieux-Payette, P.C., McInnis, Nancy Ruth, Neufeld and Smith (Saurel) (12).
Other senators present: The Honourable Senators Marshall, Mitchell and Ringuette (3).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, the committee continued its examination of Bill C-46, An Act to amend the Members of Parliament Retiring Allowances Act.
