The Standing Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry has the honour to table its

EIGHTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred the document "Health Canada's User Fee Proposal, dated March 19, 2015, respecting pesticide cost recovery", has, in obedience to its order of reference of Thursday, April 2, 2015, examined the proposed user fee and in accordance with section 5 of the User Fees Act, recommends that it be approved.
