The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met this day at 5:39 p.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Richard Neufeld presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Black, Boisvenu, Frum, MacDonald, Massicotte, Mitchell, Neufeld, Patterson, Ringuette, Seidman and Wallace (11).
In attendance: Sam Banks and Marc LeBlanc, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, February 13, 2014, the committee continue its examination of the current state of ``One Call'' programs that identify critical underground infrastructure in Canada. (For complete text of the order of reference, see proceedings of the committee, Issue No. 7.)
