The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met this day at 5:06 p.m., in room 2, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Richard Neufeld, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Eggleton, P.C., Enverga, MacDonald, Massicotte, Neufeld, Patterson and Seidman (7).
In attendance: Marc LeBlanc and Sam Banks, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.
Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, February 19, 2015, the committee began its examination on Bill C-40, An Act respecting the Rouge National Urban Park.

Alan Latourelle, Chief Executive Officer;
Pam Veinotte, Field Unit Superintendent, Rouge National Urban Park;

The chair made a statement.
Minister Aglukkaq made a statement and, together with Mr. Campbell, Mr. Latourelle and Ms. Veinotte, answered questions.
At 6:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
