Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Enverga, seconded by the Honourable Senator Ngo, for the second reading of Bill C-40, An Act respecting the Rouge National Urban Park.

The Honourable Senator Enverga moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Marshall, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources.
