Your committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, to examine and report on issues pertaining to the human rights of First Nations band members who reside off-reserve, with an emphasis on the current federal policy framework, now tables its report entitled: Recognising Rights: Strengthening Off-Reserve First Nations Communities.
