The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met in camera this day at 10:34 a.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable A. Raynell Andreychuk, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Ataullahjan, Cools, Cordy, Dawson, Downe, Eaton, Housakos, Marwah, Ngo, Oh, Saint-Germain and Woo (13).

In attendance: Natalie Mychajlyszyn and Chantal Beaubien, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament; and Mila Pavlovic, Communications Officer, Senate Communications Directorate.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda.

It was agreed that senators' staff be permitted to remain in the room for the in camera portion of the meeting.

At 11:39 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
