The Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs met in camera this day at 10:34 a.m., in room W120, 1 Wellington St., the chair, the Honourable Serge Joyal, P.C., presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Batters, Boisvenu, Boniface, Carignan, P.C., Dalphond, Dasko, Dupuis, Gold, Joyal, P.C., McIntyre and Pratte (11).

In attendance: Maxime Charron-Tousignant and Julian Walker, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda (future business).

At 11:30 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
