The Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met in camera this day at 5:07 p.m., in room 505, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Fabian Manning, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Enverga, Hubley, Manning, McInnis, Poirier, Raine, Stewart Olsen and Watt (8).

In attendance: Odette Madore, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda (future business).

After debate, it was agreed:

That the Honourable Hunter Tootoo, P.C., M.P., Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, be invited to appear before the committee at its next meeting on March 7, 2016.

At 5:51 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
