The Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met this day at 5:05 p.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Fabian Manning, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Christmas, Forest, Gold, Manning, Martin, McInnis, Munson, Plett and Sinclair (9).
In attendance: Odette Madore, Analyst, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.
Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, the committee continued its examination of Bill S-203, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and other Acts (ending the captivity of whales and dolphins).
