The Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence met this day at 11 a.m., in room W110, 1 Wellington St., the chair, the Honourable Gwen Boniface, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Boisvenu, Boniface, Dagenais, Gold, Griffin, McIntyre, McPhedran, Oh, Pratte and Richards (10).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, the committee continued its examination of Bill C-77, An Act to amend the National Defence Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts.
