The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration has the honour to table its

EIGHTH REPORT

Your Committee has decided, in light of the determined intent of addressing the goals of the Parliamentary Precinct Master Security Plan as well as acting on the past recommendations of the Auditor General concerning the security posture of the Senate, that the Senate Protective Service deploy armed, uniformed personnel within the Senate precinct in the coming months.
