The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration met in camera this day, at 5 p.m. in room 356-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable Noël A. Kinsella, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Campbell, Cordy, Downe, Doyle, Furey, Fraser, Kinsella, LeBreton, P.C., Manning, Marshall, Munson, Smith (Saurel), Tkachuk, Verner, Wells and White (16).

Also in attendance: Mr. Gary W. O'Brien, Clerk of the Senate, and other senior Senate officials.

Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.

At 6:48 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
