The Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration met this day, at 8:30 a.m., in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable Pierre Claude Nolin, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Batters, Charette-Poulin, Cordy, Dawson, Doyle, Fraser, Lang, LeBreton, P.C., Manning, Marshall, Munson, Nolin, Tannas, Wells, and White (15).
In attendance: Nicole Proulx, Clerk of the Committee and other senior Senate officials.
Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.

It was moved by Senator Manning that the Minutes of Proceedings of February 5, 2015 (public portion) be adopted.

Your subcommittee recommends the release of the following amounts for fiscal year 2014-2015:
Fisheries and Oceans (Aquaculture)
Activity 5: Boston $ 8,055 Total $ 8,055 (includes funds for a conference; includes funds for 1 senator to travel)
National Security and Defence (Security threats facing Canada)
Activity 1: Toronto $ 24,380 Total $ 24,380 (includes funds for a fact-finding mission; includes funds for 9 senators to travel)
