Pursuant to rule 12-5, membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The Honourable Senator Dagenais replaced the Honourable Senator McIntyre (October 4, 2016).

The Honourable Senator MacDonald was removed from the membership of the committee, substitution pending (September 29, 2016).

The Honourable Senator Stewart Olsen replaced the Honourable Senator Marshall (September 29, 2016).

The Honourable Senator McIntyre replaced the Honourable Senator Beyak (September 29, 2016).

The Honourable Senator Frum replaced the Honourable Senator Mockler (September 29, 2016).

The Honourable Senator Mockler replaced the Honourable Senator Frum (September 28, 2016).

The Honourable Senator MacDonald was added to the membership (September 28, 2016).

The Honourable Senator Marshall replaced the Honourable Senator Stewart Olsen (September 27, 2016).

The Honourable Senator Beyak replaced the Honourable Senator McIntyre (September 26, 2016).
