The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met in camera at 9:34 a.m., this day, in room 705, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Larry W. Smith, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Bellemare, Campbell, Eaton, Marshall, Mitchell, Mockler, Neufeld and Smith (Saurel) (8).

In attendance: Sylvain Fleury and Alex Smith, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.

It was agreed that senators' staff be permitted to remain in the room for the in camera meeting.

Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the committee considered a draft agenda (future business).

At 11:12 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
